HKBU Publlic lecture on “Civic Tech: An Asian Perspective”

Dr. Weiyu Zhang delivered an invited public lecture on “Civic Tech: An Asian Perspective”, as a wrap up of the two-year seed grant on Civic Tech in Asia. The public lecture covers our review of the field based on ACM library literature and present two Asian case studies on Japan and Singapore.
