Civic Tech Lab led the organization of Flavours of Tomorrow: The Future Pantry!

Over a four-month period, our Lab director Prof. Weiyu Zhang and our full-time research assistant Amelia Juraimi worked tirelessly to lead the organization of this public-facing food festival! Our wonderful partners included Singapore Science Park, MM Lab, Breava, the Institute of Public Understanding of Risk at NUS. and TUMCREATE. Our guests of honor, keynote panelists, chefs, speakers, vendors and student assistants all contributed tremendously to this event.

We put up an educational zone with interactive posters, a game station, 11 retail booths, 5 cooking demos, 3 short talks and 1 keynote panel to engage the senses, minds, and hearts of the Singapore public.
